Fit check

After you buy, you fill out an intake. If we look at your intake and we're not the right fit, we refund you in full before we start.

Promise 1: the four-hour Goals and Gaps Call

Sit through your Goals and Gaps Call. If you think it wasn't worth it, tell us by email at [email protected] by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the day of your session. We'll refund your full payment, and you keep your Bottleneck Breakdown, the session recording, and your Profit Playbook.

Promise 2: the 12 weeks

If you do your part (below) and the systems in your Profit Playbook aren't built and working in your accounts by the end of week 12, we'll keep building with you at no cost for up to 8 more weeks. If they're still not working at the end of those 8 weeks, we'll refund your full payment, and you keep everything we built.

What "working" means

At your Goals and Gaps Call we write a simple test for each core system in your Profit Playbook (for example: "a test lead clicks your One Door link, joins your 4-2-1 Newsletter, gets the free training bonus, and receives the 2-email welcome sequence"). We both reply "agreed" by email. A system is working when it passes its test, live in your accounts. We record the test run. If we both agree to change a step later, we update its test in writing.

Your part ("doing the work")

Promise 2 applies when you've done all of these:

1. Sent in your intake within 7 days of buying.
2. Attended your four-hour Goals and Gaps Call (one reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice is fine).
3. Given us the access we ask for within 5 business days of our request.
4. Attended at least 5 of your 6 check-ins (a reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice isn't a miss).
5. Finished your tasks on your Profit Playbook checklist by their due dates, or moved a date with us in writing.
6. Approved and turned on each system within 7 days of its handoff walkthrough.

We keep a dated record of these (intake form, session and check-in recordings or notes, the checklist, emails). You can ask to see it any time.

How to claim

• Promise 1: email [email protected] by 11:59 PM MT on your session day.
• Promise 2: email [email protected] within 14 days after your final (week-12) check-in. We'll start the free extra weeks within 5 business days. If the fallback refund applies, ask for it within 14 days after the last extra week.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.

What this doesn't cover

We don't promise any amount of income, leads, sales or views. Those depend on your market, your offer and your effort. The promise covers what we control: the session's value to you, and the systems being built and working. It doesn't cover changes made by you or a third party after a system passes its test, or outages at tools we don't control (for example, a platform going down). We'll still help you sort those out.

Keeping what we build

Everything we build lives in your accounts and is yours, including after a refund.

One promise per purchase

If you receive a refund under either promise, the program ends and no further check-ins are scheduled.
