This policy explains what information Bottleneck Breakdown ("we," "us") collects at bottleneckbreakdown.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, email, and your answers on our application, including links to your channels and website, audience size, revenue ranges, and any files or screenshots you upload.
• Purchases. When you buy something, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and the amount.
• Onboarding details. If you buy a bot or Mentorship, the handles, accounts, voice samples, and preferences you share so we can set things up.
• Usage data. Basic information collected automatically when you visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and referral links, through cookies and similar tools. We may use analytics and advertising pixels (such as Meta) to measure our ads.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether we can help.
• To record and deliver your Breakdown and any services you buy.
• To email you about your application, your purchase, and things we think you will find useful. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep our records.
• To improve our site, our offers, and our ads.

We only share your application or Breakdown publicly as content if you give us permission on the application. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help us work faster. For example, an AI assistant may read your application and public links to prepare a summary for us. A person on our team reviews everything before anything is sent to you or published. We do not allow these tools to use your information for anything other than helping us serve you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and email platform (HighLevel), payment processing (Stripe), AI and automation tools, and analytics or advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, run our business, and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
