Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use bottleneckbreakdown.com, watch our free training, or buy anything from Bottleneck Breakdown ("we," "us"). By using the site or buying, you agree to them.

What we offer

• Free Training and Free Guides. Educational trainings, newsletters, and written field guides on bottleneckbreakdown.com.
• The 3-Month Accelerator (Bottleneck Breakdown + 12-Week Build). Includes your Bottleneck Breakdown, a four-hour Goals and Gaps Call, your written Fix Map, and 12 weeks building the fixes with you in your accounts ($2,997 paid in full).
• GoHighLevel Tech Partner. A month-to-month subscription ($199/month) covering your dedicated GoHighLevel account and ongoing system updates.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions (such as GoHighLevel Tech Partner) renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time unless a guarantee below applies.

The 3-Month Accelerator: our promise and refunds

• Fit check. After you buy, you fill out an intake. If we look at it and we're not the right fit, we refund you in full before we start.
• Promise 1: the four-hour session. Sit through your four-hour Goals and Gaps Call. If you think it wasn't worth it, tell us by email at [email protected] by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the day of your session. We'll refund your full payment, and you keep your Bottleneck Breakdown, the session recording, and your Fix Map.
• Promise 2: the 12 weeks. If you do your part and the fixes in your Fix Map aren't built and working in your accounts by the end of week 12, we'll keep building with you at no cost for up to 8 more weeks. If they're still not working at the end of those 8 weeks, we'll refund your full payment, and you keep everything we built.

Full Accelerator guarantee terms and conditions are also posted at /accelerator-terms-7640. Other than the guarantees above and anything required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and use the same email you signed up with when you buy.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published or sent from your accounts.
• Only give us access to accounts you have the right to share, and follow the rules of each platform you use.

No guaranteed results

Our trainings, Breakdowns, and Accelerator are education, strategy, and system builds, not income promises. Results depend on your business, your offer, and your effort. Examples or results we share are not typical and are not a guarantee of what you will earn. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your business, your content, and everything we build in your accounts. You give us permission to use what you share with us to deliver our services. We only share your Breakdown publicly if you give us permission. We keep ownership of our site, trainings, playbooks, and templates. You may use what we deliver for your own business, but you may not resell or redistribute our templates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is."

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms or our offers. Changes apply going forward and will be posted on this page. We may stop serving anyone who misuses our services, and will refund any unused prepaid period if we end a subscription for reasons other than your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
